Centrally located in Taranaki, Smart Aggregate offers mobile screening with the Power screen Warrior 1200 which produces high quality quarrying aggregate as well as other specialized application products.  It is the most compact 12ft scalping screen in today's market and its highly aggressive screen is fitted with both woven mesh and punch plates.  We can screen a range of aggregate sizes up to 300mm in diameter as well as material types in either a 2 way split or a 3 way split.  The Warrior 1200 performs well in both wet and dry conditions.

Smart Aggregate Mobile Screen hire includes a professionally trained and highly skilled operator, all running costs and, if required, either a loader or digger (up to 20 ton) to load your material.  For additional charges, a 20 ton digger with an attached hydraulic pulverizer used to break up concrete and remove steel and Stacking Conveyors are also available for hire.
